Spirit Song is proud to play a part in helping today’s children and young adults discover their strengths, hone their interpersonal skills and identify their path to bright future through a program called Building Blocks To Success – the YEA Factor.
This series is delivered in three parts. Participants may register for one event or all three – on their schedule. Participants learn:
- What makes them really tick.
- Better ways to communicate and give feedback.
- To observe behavior and interpret what they see.
- How to identify their own strengths.

100 Series
Building Blocks to Success 100 Series
A Great Place To Start.
Our Building Blocks to Success 100 Series Program develops and strengthens self-awareness and individual coping skills. The fundamental aspects of the program focus on key life experience issues that today face all children and youth, and many adults. The tools we discuss help each participant identify early warning signs for each of these issues, to recognize and understand what is happening, and to actively and confidently define courses of action to prevent or resolve. Specific blocks covered may include:
- Bullying
- Earning Trust
- Patience
- Feelings & Empathy
- Reputation
- Self Esteem
- Values
- Setting Boundaries
200 Series
Building Blocks to Success 200 Series
Gain Greater Insight & Awareness.
Our Building Blocks to Success 200 Series Program builds on the foundational blocks experienced and acquired from the Building Blocks to Success 100 Series Program. Here, we develop awareness of character traits that are essential to both individuals and to team members. This dynamic program equips participants with the social interaction skills necessary to positively contribute to group level activities. Those activities could be related to school, sports, hobbies, family, friends, church, social outings, and many more. Specific blocks covered may include:
- Teamwork
- Leadership
- Being Real/Authentic & Showing Empathy
- Values & Reputation
- Setting Boundaries
- Peer Pressure
- Time Management and Responsibility
- Confidence & Self Esteem
300 Series
Building Blocks to Success 300 Series
Advance. Achieve. Lead.
Our Building Blocks to Success 300 Series Program is currently under development. We’re designing it to assist groups and teams to identify and promote success by building on individual and team strengths. The Success 300 Series will equip groups with organizational and goal setting tools necessary for growth, mutual respect, and buy-in. Groups may include churches, companies, schools, sports teams, social groups, youth organizations, non-profits, and many more.
