Experiential Learning : Character Building and Beyond

Experiential Learning: Character Building and Beyond

Upon request, SSYEA can construct tailored EAL experiences to address your specific needs as those needs relate to areas such as learning differences, individual character/character building, team dynamics, and team building.  We call our program “Building Blocks to Success – the YEA Factor.”  As part of this program, we use GALLUP® StrengthsFinder® to assess individual and/or team strengths and then construct our program for you based on those unique strengths, consistent with models developed by the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A).  Examples of focused, EAL experiences we can develop for you are :

Building Blocks to Success 100 Series

Specific blocks covered may include :

  • Bullying;
  • Earning Trust;
  • Patience;
  • Feelings & Empathy;
  • Reputation;
  • Self Esteem;
  • Values; and
