Professional Devlopment
We can often get caught up in the busyness of life and fall into a cycle of “going through the motions” in our work, sometimes losing sight of why we initially chose to pursue our career choices. Spirit Song’s Professional Development programs and workshops offer opportunities for a fresh perspective on career, business, and balance. Through arena activities with our wonderful equine partners, participants are challenged to identify areas of potential growth, both personally and professionally. During this process, participants are able evaluate areas where “auto-pilot” may have taken over. Identifying and bringing to light these areas allows for a renewed sense of passion and purpose in participants’ work, as well as a fresh opportunity to assess their own work-life balance, discovering how this impacts their overall sense of wellbeing. Horses invite participants to step into authenticity, re-align their needs and goals, and set intentions for their future.
